Pay as you go £40
Each session is 1 hour at my private gym, and payment must be made before the session begins.
If you are new to exercise and want to try a few sessions before committing to a block booking, this would be a good way to begin.
This is also a good option if you already train regularly and are just looking for some 'one off' advice on your training or want help creating an effective programme.
Home visits may incur a small travel fee.

The best way to see results is to commit to a block booking, when beginning a new training plan it will take around 8-10 weeks to see significant results so this give us a chance to set and achieve goals.
You'll receive periodic reviews on your progress, fitness testing, workouts to take away and regular contact with me between sessions.
It also saves you money in the long run!
For multiple sessions per week over a long period, further discount may apply.
group training £50
1 hour session at £50, split between all participants (up to 5).
This is a good way to bring the cost down, and training in pairs/groups can help you stay motivated.
Sessions are likely to be interval and circuit based, and can take place at the gym or in a location near you.
Good for groups who want to improve general fitness, lose weight or simply just want to get active.
